FAQ's
What is your hourly rate?
We don’t have an hourly rate. All prices are worked out based on client requirement and quoted for on an annual/monthly basis.
Are your staff employed?
We endeavour to only use employed staff on all our regular commercial work. We have a strong reliable team of both employed and self-employed crew. All our crew are well trained and rewarded for reliability.
Do you use your own supplies and equipment?
We arrange on a case-by-case basis. We prefer to have cleaning products purchased on your behalf at the premises. Our service includes ordering all your products as needed.
Mops, Buckets and vacuum cleaners are the ownership of the client. This means that your equipment is only used on your premises.
Mop heads are frequently replaced, and crew must routinely empty and check vacuum cleaners. All we need is a store cupboard.
Can you start next week?
Although we try to turn around new contracts as quickly as possible, we do have to ensure we go through our mobilisation phase correctly. This will include hiring or TUPE’ing staff, an operational site start up meeting/visit, ordering all products and equipment required and recording all of the contract requirements on our systems. These steps usually take around 2 – 4 weeks.
When do we get an audit?
We will audit the site within the first week of starting the contract. This will give us good scope as to what elements require improvement. From there we will audit monthly for 3 months and then move to 3 monthly audits (unless a medic practice)
